When you book a retreat through FreeCanari.com, you automatically get a 72-hour free cancellation window - just for your peace of mind.
Booking a retreat with Freecanari can be done directly on our website.
The format of our service will be according to the description of the purchased package at our Price and Package page.

After purchasing your retreat or coaching package of your choice, we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your purchase and discuss your preferred time frame and our availability for your retreat or coaching.
A full refund will be granted if we cannot set a mutually agreed-upon time frame for your coaching or retreat within 72 hours of your purchase.
After the 72-hour window ends, the following cancellation policy will apply to your booking from that point forward.

Flexible
– 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.
– 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.
– 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date.
If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.
Please note: For deposit and remaining balance amounts, refer to your booking summary email.
We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel. Please reach out to and we will help you with your refund.
