CANCELLATION AND REFUND/ RETURN POLICIES

We define the following cancellation policy for all retreats purchased on our site.

Flexible

• 100% deposit refund for cancellation 30+ days before retreat start date.

• 50% deposit refund for cancellation 15-29 days before retreat start date.

• 0% deposit refund for cancellation 0-14 days before retreat start date.

 

The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

If paid at the time of booking, a full refund of the remaining balance is available up to the day before your retreat start date.

When purchasing a retreat through our site, this cancellation policies will apply to your purchase.

Before purchasing a retreat, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and understand our cancellation policy.

We know that sometimes things come up, and unexpected events happen that can keep you from going on a trip you’ve planned. If you’re totally sure you aren’t able to make it to the retreat, the best thing you can do is cancel. Please reach out to and we will help you with your refund.

In the event of a dispute, our priority is for both parties to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner.
